World's longest
running disclosure service
 |
RD,
which first started publishing disclosures in the late 1950s, has become
the world’s longest running disclosure service because the companies
that publish with us know that they can rely on their disclosures being
found by the patent authorities and that they can rely on our monthly
publication date in any litigation. Other disclosure services have started
up against us but none as yet has lasted for more than a few years.
|
|
In
the main our competitors have failed because patent examiners were not
aware of them and did not, or could not, find their products to search
on. |
|
|
| Needless
to say those that have failed are no longer, or rarely, searched on by
patent examiners. An inventor should be wary of publishing disclosures
with a newly established service where there can be no guarantee that
it will be searched now or still be searched in years to come. In short
we are the examiners’ preferred service to search. |
