Publishing details checklist *mandatory fields
* Title of the disclosure
Publish the name of the disclosure’s author and any corporate affiliations
* OR
* Publish anonymously
* Specify the date for publication:

Option 1: Publish and display your disclosure in electronic format straightaway and then publish the text in the next edition of the Journal.
Option 2: Publish and display your disclosure in electronic format at the same time as the disclosure is published in the next edition of the Journal.

* State the electronic file format used for the text
* State whether there are any additional illustrative attachments
* What language is your disclosure in (english, french, german etc).
* Advise us whether we can, if necessary, substitute any fonts
* Abstract of the content (optional)
